No Passes to link New tool path failure to generate on old tool paths that used to work

As of the last few weeks I am having tool path failure on old tool paths that used to work without issue.   Example that now fails consistently.  When maching a slot that is .265 wide and 2 inches long (for example).  I used to grab a .250 endmill and select the contour, turn off lead in and out, select ramp, and the tool path would work perfectly.  Now this tool path fails.  I have used this method more times than I can count.  Now to make this tool path work I have to turn on multiple finishing passes and the tool will stay down after ramping and cut the side walls.   This does not work on deep slots when you do not have enough flute length.  The work around is to making .0001 whisper cuts for the finishing passes so the tool path will generate.

There is a known issue with a scenario like this. As a workaround, you need to select an Entry Point, and then should be good to go
