No objects on render window

When I select the render window there are no objects. If I use the canvas render or the normal render the objects render as they should.

The app is updated to the latest version and it has been happening for 2-3 weeks in a Mac mini M2 Pro and a MacBook Air M4.

Thanks 😉

Hi 🙂

Here is the info:

Fusion 2705.1.25 arm64 [Native]
Plano activo: Personal
macOS 27.0.1 (26A434) on Mac16,13

It happens with some projects, but with others the render works fine.

Thanks 🙂

@diegoEQC2Q I this happening on all our designs? If you go to display settings and environment and change it does that help?

It happens with some projects, but with others the render works fine. There is no setting I can change to make it visible, I have tried everything.

I attach a project with the issue.

@diegoEQC2Q I used the design that you attached and I am not seeing the same issue on my side. It's likely one of the setting either in preferences or somewhere that we are missing to identify. Do you have dark mode on? When you go into Preferences - General - Render what are your settings?

@lance.carocci Any thoughts on what settings might cause this?

Since we can see the selection glow of objects in the render canvas, that suggests to me that it's less of a graphics issue and perhaps more related to the data model. I'll ask around!

Well, you are not going to believe it. I found the issue...

I was changing the language to "English | English" so I could take some screenshots for you of the preferences page. Guess what, now works. So the issue is with the "Spanish | Español" language. Switching back to "Spanish" makes it invisible again.

Hi there, it's not resolved. The issue happens when the "Spanish | Español" language is in use. That needs a fix.

Hi @diegoEQC2Q,

We are struggling to reproduce this issue on our end. Could you please attach diagnostic logs for the Spanish client session? Additionally, please try updating to the latest release, as it formally supports macOS 27.

The app is updated to the latest release. It should be easy to replicate the issue as I have the same bug with two different devices as I said (M2 Pro and M4).

We are investigating an issue related to using Render while Section View Analysis is enabled. It will require a patch, but the exact release has not yet been established.

Mmm... how do I know if that is my issue? How can I disable that?

The Analysis folder in the component browser contains any existing section views - expand this to see if any are enabled.
