New user experiences “broken” user interface

Hi, I just installed Fusion360 on my iPad and tried to use it. One of the first things I encountered was the screenshot below. For me, a new user, this was utterly confusing and a total stopping point. My Questions are: 1) in this context, what is a team? 2) why do I need a team?  3) how do I create a team, if I must?  It says “go to the web” - could we possibly be a little bit more specific? Where on the web, and do what when I get there? How about a button?

You see, I was expecting a GUI that would allow me to draw things. But this program apparently has other ideas. Do I have the wrong software?

You cannot "draw" anything in the I Pad app.

It is only a viewer

1. create a Fusion account and install Fusion on a desktop.

Thanks. That info was not apparent on any product info page that I saw, nor
in the Apple App Store. Lots of wasted time here.
