All my projects are gone

I recently changed the main email adress of my Fusion 360 account for personal use. Now when I log into Fusion 360 with the new email adress there are no projects in the dashboard. None. When I try to log in with the old email adress it says that there's no such account. I really need to access my files. Can anyone assist?

one thing to try:  go to the dropdown under your name in the data panel.  You may have a "team hub" and a "private hub" both under your name.  If you do, try activating the non-active one.

Hi Jeff,

I'm not a member of any teams so there's only my single user storage listed. So thanks for the tip but no solution yet.

Hi @Anonymous ,

When I try to log in with the old email address it says that there's no such account.

Did you try logging in A360 using Old Email address?

Can you please pass the email address of old email id?

Hi Sujay,

Logging into A360 with my previous email adress gives the same result (' emailadress or username unknown' ).
My previous emailadress was: avdlingen@curf.nl

Kind regards, André

Hi Sujay,

the current email ID is avdlingen_at_gmail_dot_com
Here's a screendump of the local app folder:

I do my private Fusion modelling on a company laptop which has received a security update recently. I had to reinstall Fusion 360 and that was when I realised stuff was gone. There is a new user profile for windows and this is the app data for the new user. Since all data is in the cloud I did not think this could have been an issue.

Hi Sujay,

I tried logging in with the emailadress you mentioned (which is non-existent) and managed to change the emailadress to something I can reach and verify. Was a stupid mistake of mine to change the emailadress to gmail.nl which does not exist and should have been gmail.com.

Problem solved. Thank you very much!
