New update not loading - crash

The last update is not loading on my mac. because it will not load I cannot open newer file versions on it. where do I send the log file?

You can upload it here and we'll be happy to take a look. You can run the Help > Diagnostic Log file command to automatically collect all the relevant files for you.

 

Most of the time there is a permissions issue due to an unexpected exit or a rogue process running in the background. You may try restarting the computer to clear a possible permissions issue. An assured solution would be to perform a Clean Uninstall using the Fusion Cleaner tool in the below link and then installing fresh.

If this is something happens regularly, you may need to configure anti-virus software on the computer for Fusion 360, the below link may help guide you to do that.
