New Update: Data Panel Improvements: Tooltips not showing

I have tooltips turned on:

According to the "what's new" blog post tooltips should display when hovering over items in the data panel like so:

Not for me though:

Same with projects and folders.

In your screen capture you will notice that the demonstration line is long enough to have "..." at the end of it indicating that it is too long to fit.  This is the ONLY condition where hovering over the line will bring up the tool tip allowing you to read the complete title.  In your video, you do not have any titles with this condition.

This is not solved so I'm not sure why someone just marked this post as solved. 

As you can see in the below video I have 3 files that have names too long and show an ellipses. I can hover all day long but no tooltip appears:

I think there's also an issue with this forum because on both Chrome and Safari your video displays in your signature:

Any ideas? Doesn't look like I'm doing anything wrong. Seems like this was rushed out.
