I originally purchased my Fusion subscription while I was working for a manufacturing company. I have since left that company and started freelancing for an architectural steel company. That was 2.5 years ago. I have continued to work on the original purchase account with the manufacturing company's email login.
I recently tried to login to my autodesk account on a web browser and was stopped from logging in because I was unable to verify the 2-step process as the manufacturing company has since deleted my email address.
I put in a support ticket to Fusion and they switched my subscription email account from the company email to a new email.
After I signed out of the manufacturing email account I now cannot get back in and cannot access my project files. I still active jobs that I'm working on in those project files.
Support says they cannot help and directed me to this forum. They the experts reside here and will be able to help. Although I feel like this is a support issue, hopefully the experts can help me get my projects back.
