Hello,
I'm trying to use a post processor for NCstudio in Fusion360 and only get the error message "NC Program does not contain any operations." It does not matter which post processor I choose still gets the same error ...? Guess there's something fundamentally wrong I am doing?

Hello @Anonymous

I don't know how you have created your nc program.

But it seems that you have not checked any toolpath on the Operations tab for adding them to the NC Program.

Control that at least one valid operation is checked.

Have a plesasant day.

Regards

Hi,
The processor is from Fusion360's own library. More information on "Operations tab for adding them to the NC Program." is desirable.

When you create a NC program inside the Fusion treeview, it is automatically created with an Operations tab.

This operation tab is populated by the following items.

In the upper level of the tree view, there is the one or several setup you may have created.

The below each setup, you will find all the operation's you have created.

Depending on how you created the nc program, these operations will be automatically checked, or not.

In the above example, we have created a setup called "2D Milling", and inside this setup we have created severals operations "2D-Face", "2D-Contour" ...

Actually, only the "2D-Face" would be outputted to the g-code, when will would press the "Post" button.

Regards.

Hi, Attach photos. Hope to be able to get some clues on how I can make Fusion360 generate the machine code.
