My Hub Dissapeared

Hello,

I was trying to buy fusion subscription.my current one is ended and while i was trying to back up some files my hub is dissapeared.I cant see it anywhere on fusion or web.Hub is registered to my e-mail and name.People i shared files with can see my projects but i can't.There is a lot of important files inside and now i am very scared.Can someone help me?

I now subscribed to the fusion but no change.I still cant see my hub.People who i shared projects with previously can see my files but i cant even though Hub is under my e-mail adress

Hi @caner-korkmaz 

 

Usually in cases like this, a new account was accidentally created. Can you check and make sure you are using the same email to log in? 

 

If that doesn't help:

  • Can you take a screenshot of Fusion and where you're looking for your data?
  • If you go to %localappdata%\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360 in your Windows file explorer, take a screenshot of that folder.

I also writed Autodesk support and they fixed the issue very quickly.
