More Really Annoying UI Quirks

1) When an error occurs (e.g. - attempt to insert a distributed design into another distributed design), and error message pops up in the lower-right corner of the window.  But, that window disappears so quickly, it's almost impossible to get the mouse over there in time to click on to get more details!  Never mind that asking for more details almost NEVER actually gives you more details.  Rathern just a repeat of the same, often useless, error message.

2) Many dialogs display at a size and position that has the bottom of the dialog off the bottom of the screen.  The Import dialog ALWAYS does this.  Many of the CAM dialogs often do this, as does the Sketch dialog.  I spend a ridiculous amount of my design time simply moving dialogs up and down so I can see various parts of them, or even access the Ok/Cancel buttons.

3) "Tool tip" dialogs, and things like the little dimension entry pop-ups in sketch mode, have an absolutely uncanny ability to pop-up in the WORST possible position, sitting directly on top of the one thing on the screen I most need to see.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting!

1) A warning/error message can be opened again by clicking the icon at the right bottom corner.

2) Fusion remembers the size and the position of the dialogue box, and you can adjust the size of the dialogue box. You also have an option to fix the dialogue box on the right side by dragging it to the right and releasing it when you see a green line. Does this help? If not, could you record a screencast of what you are seeing?

3) When a field for the Dimension is blocking your view, you can move or zoom in/out to see what you need but I'm not very sure what issue you are experiencing. Would you be able to record a screencast of this issue as well?

Also, does it make any difference if you chance the screen resolution on your machine?
