Missing Sketch Lines in Fusion 360 When Importing a STEP File

I NEED HELP

I have a step file that only has lines (sketchs from another cad program) in it, when i try and import it into fusion 360, the lines do not show up. 

The sketch is a 3D-Sketch

I have attached the fils i you want to try them for youself
