Cannot move an inserted component

Once I insert a component in current design I cannot move it.

I created a simple body representing a part. I insert the component in another design. 

When it's inserted the component can be moved around. Once accepted in a position, I tried to move it but it's just moving an undetermined point, similar to a pivot point in coordinates moving, but the component itself doesn not move. Meaning: the component only moves when inserted
