Missing Output Tool

I just downloaded Fusion 360 2.0.3706 Nov 22 2017. I can't find the Output Tool.  I have completed and saved a simple drawing. Still no Output Tool. I also tried right clicking on the Toolbar, but two of the commands were grayed out and the other two were not helpful.

It appears that other people have had this problem. How is it solved?

I'm not sure if you're talking about a 3D design or a 2D drawing.

Which options are greyed out? What are the name of the commands exactly? I'm not familiar with the output tool. Or at least it's not ringing any bells at the moment.

I'm having the same issue. The Output tool group is not on my tool bar. Please refer to the following help article.
