Missing old projects

I have several projects from up to a decade ago that are missing from Fusion 360 as of a few months ago. I initially assumed it was a sync error but they have not reappeared.

@sta97 Are you missing certain files or all of your files are missing? 

can you DM me your email id used for Fusion?

It seems like every project more than 2 or 3 years old is missing

@sta97 Thanks for sending in the email. The back end shows that this account using this email ID was created on September 7th , 2025. Do you have another other email Ids that you could have possibly created the older files ?

That cannot be correct because I have files dating to 2020 on this account and the vast majority of files date prior to 2025. I changed the email at some point on this account however. I will DM you with other emails.

@sta97 I have replied back to your DM. Of the 4 emails you provided I have found which one has the account from 2017.

I just logged in and checked that account and it doesn't have the projects I'm looking for either. I should have projects dating back to at least 2016 on the original account I DM'd you.

I just looked at the web hub interface for my account and it appears all the projects I was looking for got archived automatically. In the history button it shows "Moving [project name] to [account number] complete"

How do I mass unarchive these projects?

Ok I manually unarchived everything. Is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future? How did the projects get archived in the first place?

@sta97 @Glad you found the projects but I have no answer to how these projects got archived. Have you others in this hub ? .
