Missing dialog boxes in Sketch environment

When I am editing a sketch, and use any of the create or modify tools, the dialog box doesn't appear, only the field to enter a value. When I create a circumscribed polygon, the cursor changes to prompt me to place center point, then a point on a side, but there is no dialog to change the number of sides. The fillet dialog box also is absent. I can add fillets and change the radius, but the dialog box with other options is missing.

I have tried all of the suggestions from the AI help bot and a google search to no avail. I reset the default menu locations, updated windows, checked my graphics driver is up to date, reinstalled Fusion from the service utility, and checked that dock/undock works with the browser and sketch palette. I am out of ideas. I have the personal use version of Fusion, so no live tech support, running on Windows 11. Any help would be wonderful. I am stuck on my project until I can figure this out.

This is the file I'm working on. I can create 6 sided polygons but don't have the dialog box to change the number of sides.

The two commands, do not have dialog boxes, they only have floating entry boxes.  Are these entry fields what you are missing?  If so these should be returned to the screen the next time you use the command.
