Max/Min angles with rotate joint ?

I made a small wooden suitcase and used a rotating joint to open the top part - the lid.

It seems that it works fine, but a closer look will show that the lid can be closed too much so that an overlap with the lower part occurs
.

If I look at the hinge alone it can NOT close too much !

The upper / lower part of the suitcase is rigid with the corresponding flap on the hinge.

Any ideas why and how to correct it ?

Here are a link to the drawing:

(I get a message that an illegal link is inserted - so I changed it to text - but it seems to work as a link anyway !
Why the this message about an illegal link ?)

Can you export the f3d and attach. I can't access those links at work. You will tend to get more help if you export the design and upload.

Thanks Mark

I found out why - the flap on the hinge and the top lid was NOT parallel !
