Major Project File isnt opening xml error

Hey,

I am trying to open a major project file I saved in .f3d format, it was not saving or autosaving so I had to export. Now when I try to open it gives me the following error:

Initializing document manifest xml stream failed!

 

How can I retrieve my file! Please, need help!

Can you share the f3d file with us. Also, could you try opening the same file in the web interface?

Hello.

Thanks for your help. This file does not open via Web interface. The file is also highly confidential and deemed as a trade secret for the company. Is there any other way to open this file or any other solutions? I am very nervous and anxious right now as this file was very important!

I can personally send the file to Autodesk, just wouldn't feel safe posting it on a public forum.
