MAC - Read only error on installation

Hi Everyone, 

I'm trying to instal Fusion360 from the products page in the user environment. 

If I open the file from the Client Downloader it gives me an error saying; ReadOnlyError: attempt to write a readonly data base 

No clue what's going on. I am the admin and permissions seem be be ok..

I see a few errors in the log for install and one of them points to this;

You might want to run the cleanup tool prior to the solution above.
