@ian_mitchell57 Can you please try a couple of things for me please?

1. IF you out Fusion in offline (remove Internet) and then launch are you able to open the file that you saved last night?
2. In your data panel versions how many versions are there? Is any of the older versions what you saved yesterday?

Can you also collect log files for us? Once you collect the logs, let us know that name of the file you are using.

Windows:
  1. Go to add/remove programs- select Fusion - MODIFY
  2. This will launch the service utility
  3. gather system info
  4. Attach the Fuiondiagnosticslogs.zip

Hi Thanks for the help.

I tried it without internet and it was the same problem.

I can only see one version of the model, the out of date version, it is called 'Layout'

I have extracted the file you asked for, hope it helps.

Thanks

@ian_mitchell57 Glad you got back the file. Hard to explain what could have happened here but likely a network issue of some sort that could not have synced the file correctly is my best guess.
