i opened fusion and it had an error. completed the reset fusion as directed in the help section. that allowed fusion to open. at that point my version was out of date and my personal license had expired. updated fusion and my personal license. now all previous projects are lost. I have tried the repaid fusion function as directed in the help section. all projects are still lost.

Because Autodesk Fusion stores files in the cloud, updates or account resets usually don't delete your files. Your missing projects are most likely trapped in a different "Team Hub," stored in your archived files, or tied to a Single User Storage area that needs migration.

To resolve your issue, you can enter here.

Where are my Autodesk Fusion files stored

I'm aware of the files being located in the data panel. I used to have separate folders for different project categories. I do have a team hub with a friend. unless I need to be disconnected from the team hub I don't think this is the issue. I don't see how I can leave the team

I have also logged into the mobile app. I used to see my projects there as well but now I don’t see them at all

Switch to the Correct HubYour files might be hiding in a different folder or "Team Hub".Go to the top of your Data Panel (the sidebar in Fusion).Click the dropdown arrow next to the active project/folder name at the top.Toggle between your personal hub, Single User Storage, and any Team Hubs to see where your projects are stored.

Check the Web Browser (Source of Truth)If you cannot find your files in the desktop app, they will definitely be visible online.Sign in directly to your Autodesk Fusion Web Client using the exact same email you used to renew your license.All of your project folders and designs are safely stored on the cloud here.If they are listed here, you can click on them and select Open in Desktop to force them to sync back to your computer.

So I have created my own team hub. after doing so "my editable documents" have shown up. It shows the project names but will not open them and show no history available. I try to click the refresh at the top of the data panel and it says "read access denied". I can not locate the projects in the web browser at all.

@chunk421

(Please note there is a possible 24-48 hours potential time for the team to react to the email (bit longer if this is over a weekend)

The single-user-storage was likely removed due to the Fusion Content Storage Standard.

Using your email used to register for Fusion ,please reach out to the team directly here - [email protected]

Tell them your hub is inactive and to activate it again
