Lost access to my data

Hi,

I have lost access to my Fusion 360 data on the cloud.

I contacted Support and they asked me to raise it here.

Can somebody from Autodesk help please?

Hi,

Which license are you using > paid or free?

Have you set up a team?

Did you transfer data from the single user storage to the team before it was terminated?

Hi Gunther,
I was using a free personal use license, but I am an infrequent user.
It could be 12 months or more since I last used Fusion 360.
Your colleague at Autodesk Support said I still have an active personal
license.

I don't think I setup a team or transferred the data.

Fusion 360 also does not launch on my PC any more.
I've tried working through the suggested troubleshooting steps but it
hasn't worked.
Do I need to re-install?

The creation of a team and the transfer of data from the individual user memory should be completed by February 2025 at the latest.

@powellnp When you say you lost access, is it that you cannot launch Fusion or are you getting signs that your account is not valid any longer?
