Lock Rotation without joints

I am creating something and it keeps rotating freely. Is there a way that I can lock rotation of a part while it can still slide, if somebody even remotely mentions joints I am going to pour petrol over my computer and ignite it, Fusion is being very special today. I have been trying to do something ultimately very simple for a long time and I am apoplectic with rage at this program.

Have you tried Assembly Joints?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

I have managed to fix it now, I still don't understand why it was happening in the first place. Oh well.
