Limited to one project (Usage Limits Exceeded. Error) + Strange account issues.

Hello Support Team,

I've been having some strange issues with my account recently, several issues.

Firstly I only seem to be able to create New Projects when I'm in the first team I created (Finlay McKinnon Studios) but unable to create new projects when I switch to my 'Single-User Storage' section or team or whatever it's called.

I seem to only be limited to one project and I get this error message at the top of the panel:

I've seen other posts like this sharing their about page so here's mine:

I also have another student account which has projects shared across to this one although I can't work on them due to limitations of a personal account. I am in the process of organising my files across both accounts and I'm finding the whole process rather frustrating.

I can't work out how to logout of my account on myhub.autodesk360.com and everything shows up in Russian and I cannot workout how to change it to english! Please help 😭

Personal hubs/single storage hubs have this limitation of creating limited projects. You can switch to the team for creating unlimited projects. 

Q2 : How to switch the hubs?

Can you try the same in the FusionTeam web and see if you have the locale in English or Russian? 

(you can click on the Profile icon to switch the hubs).
