lead out hitting model after update 1/14/19

This program has been running for 2 years, and now when I regenerate it thew leadout gouges model.  The leadout is a circle like motion?  Please fix this.

Could you please share your file? That way we can start looking into what might be causing the problem and we can look for a workaround.
