Keyboard Shortcuts

The "Product Update" page (https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/blog/july-26-2018-product-update-whats-new/#Usability) says that V.2.0.4343 (July 26) includes a new Custom Keyboard Shortcuts (CKS) feature.

But the latest update, V.2.0.4358, which I am now running, does not have any of the "more options" buttons that the Product Update talks about.

Did I miss something> Is CKS still in? Do I have to do something special to enable it? Did the method for accessing it change?

Thanks,

Hi @keithd,

Thank you for posting in the forum! The option should be available in the latest version as well.

Do you see 3 dots next to a command name? If you do, please click it to show more options.

No dots.

None in the place you point out, or anywhere else.

Nothing that looks like it might be a "more options" button anywhere that I can find.

Hi @keithd,

Thank you for your response! Would you mind recording a screencast of what happens when you mouse over some commands so I could take a closer look?

Here is the screencast you requested.

The servers weren't finished processing the screencast when I sent this post. Hopefully it will be okay. Let me know if there is a problem.

Thanks,

Hi Keith,

Thank you! But it seems like a screencast is missing. Could you try posting a link to your screencast again?

Thank you for sharing the link! I'll check what might be causing the issue for you with internal folks and follow up as soon as I have more information to share.

One more thing, I should have asked this earlier but could you attach the diagnostic log files? I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi @keithd,

Could you try cleanly uninstalling and re-installing Fusion 360 to see if that fixes the issue?

Thanks Masanobu.

Clean uninstall and reinstall worked. I now have the dots to access keyboard shortcuts.
