Kernel error basic CNC carving

Hi

I am new to Fusion 360, i have made a couple of successful CNC carvings but I am stuck with the one I am producing now and cannot see what I am doing wrong. I am getting the below error when I am trying to set the tool path.

Enabled feature flags: online-system-library setup-sheet-viewer tool-library-v4-release

Invalidated: Generation failed

Error: Internal CAM kernel error. Please report through your support channel.

Can anyone see something obvious I am doing wrong in the file.

Many thanks!

A second attempt here, seems that the CNC bit just tries to route above the piece and not plunge...

You tool is to large to machine between the various pockets in the name so you end up with a lot of separate plunges and cuts.  In the Rose pattern, it is so tight that a helix plunge is not possible, at the current tool size so I switch to Plunge entry instead of helix.  Model is attached.

Thank you very much, that does look a lot better & is machining now! Lots to learn.

@jhackney1972  could you let me know the setting that you changed as I cannot identify it. I see Helix in ramp type still.  Or is the difference 2D adaptive vs 2D pocket?

Thanks again.

I did not change any settings particularly.  I did separate the two areas of machining due to the tool entry problem where the helix would not fit in the rose figure.  The geometry selection method is what I did differently.  The Screencast will explain.
