Joinercad add on

Good Morning, 
We are quite new on Fusion, and wanted to try the add on JoinerCAD. 

We downloaded the file in the app store and installed it, but we cannot start the addon, or we even dont find the add on. 

Is there anyone able to help us out?

Right this is just from personal experience. The add-on takes a while to be updated into the preferences of your account, for me it took an hour, and when I closed Fusion thinking it needed to be closed and opened, I saw preferences being updated which was an add-on I added. If you've done this recently, close Fusion and see if a small tab saying "Preferences being updated" stops you, as this is usually for the add-on if you just got one
