When you offset a closed line like a spline and then draw a coincident line across the offset profile, Fusion does show the two new profiles divided by the coincident line.
Attached are the test drawing and some screenshots. I was able to repeat this issue everytime.
You need to select Computer All, on the Utilities menu, or press Ctrl + B (Command + B) after you sketch the second coincident line and it will find the new profile every time.
