Intersecting flanges in flat pattern

See attached. If I change the the 2nd flange angle to more than 21 degrees the problem goes away if it is 21 or less it creates impossible flanges. Did I do this wrong?

Any angle above 22 removes the Miter on the last Flanges so all you have to do is remove the miter on the last flange command.  Video will explain.

I guess I should have been more specific, I need the miter command to be on for a third flange. See attached

With a miter on the third flange, there will be interference in the flat pattern so there is no solution.
