Internal Solver Error When Solving Static Stress Simulation

I have what I'd like to think is a simple model. I first ran a Shape Optimization and now I want to validate my changes with a Static Stress simulation. My Pre-Check is clear. When I solve using the cloud, I eventually receive an Error: Internal Solver Error with no explanation. How can I debug this? I also included a screenshot from trying to run this locally.

Hi @david

I'm sorry to hear that. It rarely happens when you receive the results from A360 server.

I tried to run your file and it was succeed.

Have you seen this article?

Please try the workaround if you can't resolve it, please let me know.
I'm sharing the file succeed with running so please find it. Smiley Happy

Many thanks,

I'm sorry about it. It turned out that is a known issue regarding bolt connector. the development team are working on int. (ARRO-8808)

As a workaround, I found this thread. could you try this?
