Hi, I have encountered a problem with opening the Insert Fastener Command. Few hours ago I was normally using this function to load and use DIN screws on my model. Now it has problem with loading. I read literally every forum I have found and there is no such a problem and no solution to it. Maybe someone had similar problem. ( Apologize for polish text in the photo)

Have you closed Fusion and reopened it?  This was a brief problem last week but has been fixed.  If you have not restarted Fusion since the occurrence,  this may help.

Of course, I have restarted either program in processes and my PC multiple times , and non of those helped with the issue

Last week we have released September 17 major update with build 2.0.20256 , could you try to update your Fusion and start Insert Fastener command again, please ?
