incorrect user for in use

I'm working on a design in Team and online shows the incorrect user has the file in use. 

That user is not even working in Fusion and they have never opened the design.

design is: PSA-QTS364-20

Hi @David_Ewen,

Could you try the steps in this thread to see if that helps? If that doesn't help, would you be able to ask the user to do the same?
