imported components sketch geo visible and rev 8 error?

battling away here i did a separate sketch as i was having issues but now i have imported it the components show their sketch geo and i have the rev 8 error with the revolute angle flags red and unable to move. if that means that theres a maths error how can i find the problem? its meant to be a fold down ramp so the vertical hinged parts need to move in unison with the top 3 bars.

Joints errors like this are usually caused by some inaccuracies in modeling.  For Revolute joints to work, everything has to line up perfectly, to a high degree of accuracy.  Often, the way to get around these, without having to re-model everything, is to switch one or more joints to a Cylindrical - this gives the system one more degree of freedom to work with.  This does solve the error in this case.  I did not go back and try to figure out why the Revolutes would not work, you are free to try to figure that one out on your own.
