Import Spline CSV script "no valid points"

The ImportSplineCSV script keeps giving me an error message that says "No valid points." I've double checked the format of the csv file: it has about 20 points with X, Y, and Z coordinates and nothing else. Any ideas?

the file attached to this last message, must be an old one, it still has the semicolons. Find / Replace with commas.  Sketches with this many spline points tends to choke Fusion's normal tools.

Did you edit the script file and set the SCALE_FACTOR variable to 0.1 before running it?
