I CANT SAVE in Online Browser.

This is so frustrating. I have worked on my design away from school on the "edit in browser" feature that y'all offer. It's time to save, and the floppy disk icon save button isn't clickable. It's grayed out. HELP ME PLEASE

Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for posting! I looked into this and found that the "Save" icon is greyed out if the design has been saved and no changes have been made since the last save. Does the button come in if you make a small change to the design? You could make a change, save the design, and then revert the change to hopefully save the design in its original state.

I found that this was a little flaky about allowing the design to be saved again, but one reliable way I was able to get the save icon back was to create an empty sketch - just create the sketch and exit it.

You can always check the design by viewing the current state in a web browser at myhub.autodesk360.com - this may allow you to see if the Save button is greyed out because no changes have been made to the model.

Hopefully this helps! Please let me know if you continue to see problems.

You're a life saver! Creating a blank sketch and exiting out of it solved the problem. I really appreciate the fantastic customer service.
