I cannot save or export files

I have repaired my fusion. Every time i try to save i get the blue circle and the upload fails. I cannot save anything.

@cournang Can you logout of Fusion/close Fusion and restart your machine to see if that helps? 
If it does not , can you collect log files for us? 

1. Go to Fusion help - support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility - run gather system info and attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip file

attached are my log files, I have tried uninstalling fusion and repairing it. Does not seem to change anything.
