I can't log in

Opening F360 I now get a screen for me to sign in.

Click the sign in and it takes me to my browser and a sign in page

Sign in succesfully and I get screen "opening product" but nothing happens.

Retry doesn't work.

 

I am now going around in a loop on this signing in, web browser, product not opening things timing out and back to the sign in F360 back to the web browser and so on.

 

What has happened I've used F360 OK in the past few days?

After 30 mins of retries it suddenly woke up.

 

Go figure???

Hi @Doubletop_ ,

 

Would you please provide service log so that we can check what happened there?

Id Services Log File location on version 2.0.15775 or newer:

  • Windows OS: %localappdata%\Autodesk\Identity Services\Log\IdServices.log
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Identity Services/Log/IdServices.log

Same for me.  I will try the 30 minutes of retires trick.  I stopped after 20 minutes, uninstalled, reinstalled, still not working.  Tried all the support suggestions.  Still not working.

Have you tried clear browser cache or reboot computer?
