How to scale down hole matrix pattern while preserving hole diameters?

I have a sketch with a matrix of holes of varying diameters (see attached image). I need to compress/scale down the overall size of this pattern to fit in a smaller area, but all hole diameters must remain exactly the same size. Standard scaling doesn't work as it affects the hole sizes too. Looking for an efficient method that maintains: All original hole diameters Relative positioning of holes Center point of matrix

Any suggestions for the quickest way to achieve this in Fusion 360?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Indicate the desired scale factor.

Hi and thanks for replying, Please see attached 

The scale factor should be 0,5 (while diameters of holes should remain the same, for example 40 mm for reference for some of the holes)
