Help With Design

Hello, I have this imported part from a different software that I can't just delete the profile, any easier way to get rid of the holes  (Besides the ones in the middle) than to manually create sketches and extruding it to fill it in? File is attached.

1. Please do not post a file with linked assemblies here but isolate the relevant group. Alternatively, you can remove the links and then post the design as f3d here.

2. please name the relevant parts with their names (component xx, sketch yy...)
