Fusion 360 Doesn't open on Windows 10, no error or any messages.

I use Fusion 360 on Mac and I used it on my other Windows computer but on my new windows machine it won't start.

After clicking the launcher it just loads for a second and that's it. No error messages or any further information.

I tried to look in other forum topics but none of the suggested solutions worked. 
Disabled firewall, removed all the 3rd party antivirus. Uninstalled, re-installed with admin rights, tried to run with admin rights. Nothing helped so far.

I would be happy to post here any log files but I only found the "autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log" 

Any suggestions?

If you have.

Try to delete this folder.

HD\Users\<PROFILE>\Library\Application Support\Autodesk\Web Services

Hi,

Thank you for the advice. I did try the cleaner it didn't help unfortunately.
And the path you wrote I think its for macOS but I have troubles with Windows.

Delete the file loginstate.xml
