HELP!!! Fusion 360 screen glitch

Hi

I have been using fusion 360 for months now with no problem, but today it stopped working properly. I can't access any of my projects and the Fusion 360 logo is stuck on the page. Attached is an image showing the problem.

Thanks Hamish

Hi @Anonymous,

This is most likely your graphics drivers. I highly recommend updating them, you can open Graphics Diagnostics in Fusion and clicking the button to check for updates.

Can you upload a photo of your graphics diagnostics?

I've got the same problem on two different computers, have posted here with no response yet.  I checked on my graphics drivers, they were up to date, so I rolled them back to earlier versions, did not help.  Intel integrated graphics in both cases.

@Anonymous

Can you try switching between DX9 and DX11 in the preferences?

Thanks for the response here and in my own thread.

Looked in preferences, found Graphics driver setting to be auto-select.

Set to DirectX 9, restarted, launched Fusion, same result.

Set to DirectX 11, restarted, launched Fusion, same result.

Hi @Anonymous, @Anonymous, @Anonymous

Can you send the following information and answer the questions:

  • System NFO file
  • Are you using external monitors?
  • What is your display scaling and resolution set to?

From the photos and information i've seen the drivers seem to be quite old. For the intel drivers i would go here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers

For the Nvidia Drivers go here:

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us

It would also be helpful for a screenshot of the update history of the updates installed during the time that the issue started(or right before).
