Help: Created projects disappear from fusion 360 after a few seconds

Hi,

When I create a new project in fusion 360 it shows in the project browser for a couple of seconds and then disappears.

I can see the projects in the online browser.

Before today I could create projects in the online browser although they did not show up in fusion360, today it says "failed to save document".

I've had to open existing designs through recent files.

When I click my name in the fusion 360 project browser I am taken to an online page that says I am logged in with a F logo and the option to change users and nothing else.

To get to my hub I have to click my name in the top right of fusion 360 and select "my profile" which then takes me to "https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/active" where I can see the projects.

Projects I have created show in the "all" and "shared by me" tabs but nothing is in the "owned by me" tab.

I've tried logging out and delete the appdata caches on my machine, this also happens on my other machine.

Thanks for suggestions.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues. Can you post a copy of your diagnostic log files?

This might helps us learn a bit more about what is happening. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks for the diagnostic log files. Nothing is jumping out at me, but I've escalated this issue to our operations team to have a peek at the back office to see if anything is out of sorts. I or someone else will circle back as soon as an update is available.

Thanks,

The back-office team has corrected an issue. Can you re-test and let me know if the issue is ongoing?

Thank you,

They appear to have fixed the issue, I can create and edit projects now both in fusion 360 and the hub webpage.

Thanks for your help

I have had the same issue. Tried all the troubleshooting tips online, clean uninstall, new install, removed dat files, removed webcontent folder, still no improvement. Please fix this, it makes fusion 360 completely unusable. It has been like this ever since i downloaded it the first time half a year ago.
EDIT: oh yeah, tried login/logout and going offline and online again as well.
