fusion 360 crashes out on this yellow error. how do I fix it?

I have been modelling this part when i decided I wanted something changed. Every time I get to this error it will crash

How do I fix this error? If more photos or a video is needed I can do that if asked.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
