Help calculation method

Hello,

currently in final year, I am preparing my maths oral on the calculation of area.

For that I use 3 calculation methods including Fusion 360.

To compare my methods, would it be possible to know the formulas used by Fusion 360 to calculate an area ?

What are the other two methods you are comparing?

Are you familiar with integral calculus?

One of my other two methods is calculating with integrals and the other is a general formula.
