hello

I am not having any luck at all with a few glitches i believe. for one i keep getting a notification stating that it failed to update.

the next issue is i have been trying to create a drawing for my model but everytime i try to generate one it freezes the whole software.

today i tried to import a part from mcmaster carr both from the plugin and from downloading offline and it will not import the part and freezes when i try to upload from what i downloaded from the internet. it just starts uploading and stops half way. i have tried all of the file types so i know that is not the issue. i hope someone can help because i need to get this done. thanks!!Screen Shot 2020-03-24 at 11.56.48 PM.png

Thanks for posting. I recommend you to update the software and see if the issues are still there or not.

This article  will help you about the update issue.

Also, I assume you are facing graphics issue which is freezing fusion. This article  will guide you to optimize fusion graphics with your system requirements.

Well, I've seen many users face this problem. But, I personally prefer downloading the files from their website via browser manually. My style is kinda old school. 🙂

Have you tried optimizing the graphics as I mentioned in previous?
