Having problems with normals direction

Hello. Im working on some file imported from Rhino. As seen in the video, the surfaces on one of the bodies (Body 1) have not been imported correctly. It sems like some of the surfaces are facing the wrong way. I tried to use the flip normal command in patch mode, but I'm not able to select any.

Hi @abkiilerich,

Ahh I see what is going. While in Patch mode, you need to use the Unstitch command to turn the solid BRep body into surface bodies. (The notation for these is the color of the symbol next to the name of the body in the folder. The grey cylinder is a solid BRep, whereas a surface body will be orange - you will see this one you unstitch the faces). Then, once done and the normals are reversed, you can use the stitch command to turn it back into a BRep, assuming there are no gaps.

Thanks,
