sketch constrains not working like they should

Hi,

I have a constant problem with sketch relations/constrains breaking/not working like in the image below.

The table legs are created before the beams, and  the beam sketch is fully constrained to legs. However if I move the legs inward the beams stay in their original place like in the image below. They should follow the legs.

I'm I doing something wrong or what's going on here? It doesn't even show anything red or yellow,  to me it looks like the constrains just plain don't work like they should....

Thank you in advance!

Update: using dimensions instead of lines set to equal lenght to constraint the sketch helped.

This is still a problem/bug I think, another really annoying case is when a line changes direction inside a sketch when the reference moves.

actually, as near as I can tell, the sketch is not constrained to the table legs at all.  The green color indicates that the sketch lines in this sketch have been "fixed", so they will never update.  Even if I "unfix" those lines, I see no evidence of a constraint to a projected sketch geometry, etc.  Why do you think that they should be constrained to the table legs?  Were they at one time constrained to be coincident to projected geometry from the legs?

Ok, I thought I had them constrained with contruction lines of equal lenght going from beam corners to the side of the leg, on both sides. This technique works fine in SW but I guess Fusion works a different way here, or maybe I just don't understand the constrains in Fusion very well yet 🙂

Thank you for clarifying!
