Guitar Rosette - Trying to copy one component and paste multiple times in a circle

I am making a guitar rosette with many interlocking bones.  I drew two circles to be the shaft of each bone, then drew the joint with a curved line (then trimmed the portion of the two circles).  I am trying to copy that curve/joint, and paste at every 30 degrees along that circle, so I only have to cut one bone part out, 12 times.  I stumbled my way into doing this once, but cannot repeat it for some reason.  Please help?

Not sure I am understanding your request but I will guess.  If you want this then it is simply a Circular Pattern in the sketch.

The video will show the creation of a circular pattern.  You may be better off creating one modeled and use Pattern in the model.
