Glaring Issue with .dwg export

This is a repeat post of sorts. I just want to be clear, as I marked my other post as "solved" the solution I was provided with explained what was happening, but the problem remains, and is quite ridiculous. Why would anyone want their units to be automatically converted to centimetres?! And more importantly, why is there no option to just have the units remain the same?

Again, apologies for the repeat post, but this is definitely broken.

I'd like to piggyback on/reiterate this. There isn't even a feasible workaround that doesn't involve another piece of software, which is incredibly frustrating -- I have a vendor who needs the files in inches (annoying in and of itself, but beside the point) and it seems that with Fusion, there's simply no way to accomplish this. I shouldn't have to send a file out for someone else to run it through AutoCAD just to convert to imperial.
