Hi @Anonymous -

When did you experience this error? I was working with the MIT team at the end of this past week troubleshooting this. As of Friday, we believed that we had this issue resolved. Can you please confirm if you are still seeing this error as of today? I will also inform the MIT team that you are seeing this issue.

Thanks-

Hi @Anonymous -

Can you please try two things for me?

1. Log out and back in and then see if the problem persists. If no, great. If yes, proceed to step 2.

2. In the upper right corner in Fusion 360, click on your name, and then preferences. On this screen, click on the cloud credits heading. Please take a screen shot of this and send it to [email protected]. Also, at the bottom, you will see a dropdown menu for the contract being used for generative design. Can you please also take a screen shot of all of the contracts that are available in that list?

Thanks.

Hello, I am having this problem as well. It will not let me run my generative study because it says "Error: Cannot solve: your account does not have permission to solve this study type". Here are the photos.

Hi @na1,

If you're still seeing this behavior, could you export your log files after the permissions message is displayed?

  • Help pull-down > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic log files

Please email the zip file to hughDOThendersonATautodeskDOTcom and we'll take a look.
